A Milestone Month for Your Future Home

The “behind-the-scenes” work is the bedrock of any successful development. We are pleased to announce that we have officially received:

Development Permit: Issued by the Council, giving us the full green light to proceed with the Borrowdale Park vision.

EIA Certificate: Received from the Environmental Management Agency (EMA), ensuring our development meets the highest standards of environmental care and sustainability.

If you have visited the site recently, you’ll notice things are beginning to move quickly.

The road designs have been fully approved by the Council, and our teams have officially commenced the opening of the roads. This is a significant physical milestone—seeing the layout of the neighborhood begin to take shape.

Once the road network is established, our next phase will move underground as we begin the sewer and water reticulation systems. We are committed to ensuring the infrastructure serving your home is of the highest quality.

While the ground is being prepared, our architects are hard at work on the aesthetic side of Borrowdale Park. We are currently finalizing a series of prototype house designs.
