Aspire Baobab: Welcoming our residents home

 

We are proud to announce that construction at Aspire Baobab is officially complete. This milestone marks the successful realization of another premier residential vision, and we are delighted to see our community growing as residents have begun moving into their new homes in Phase 1.

Work is now entering the final stages for Phase 2, with teams conducting the last-minute owner snagging process to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards of quality and excellence. We are on track to secure our Occupation Certificate for the second phase by the end of June 2026, clearing the way for our newest residents to begin their journey at Aspire Baobab.
