True community support requires consistent, reliable commitment
where it matters most. On behalf of our community, Oxprop provides
a $1,000 monthly contribution—coordinated through the Sivio
Institute and the We Are One Fund—to directly support the Adult
Rape Clinic (ARC) situated at Parirenyatwa Hospital. Following recent
firsthand site visits to the facility, our team remains deeply humbled
by the staff’s selfless dedication and tireless effort. This ongoing
financial backing ensures that ARC has predictable, steady resources
to maintain its daily operations, maintain facility upkeep, and focus
entirely on providing continuous assistance to individuals during
their most vulnerable moments.
The essential work happening at the Adult Rape Clinic provides a
vital lifeline for survivors navigating severe physical and emotional
trauma. By funding direct access to immediate post-exposure
medical treatment, targeted clinical care, and long-term counseling,
our partnership helps ensure that every patient receives
compassionate, non-judgmental care in a safe space. Oxprop
remains resolute in maintaining this monthly pledge, standing
alongside dedicated healthcare professionals to help restore health,
dignity, and hope to survivors across the region.

Progress across our new school site continues at a rapid pace,
highlighted by our very first Show Classroom Open Day for
prospective and current parents. The event provided families
with an exciting firsthand preview of the future learning
environments, offering a tangible look at the high-caliber
facilities being built for our students. On the construction front,
overall progress has reached major benchmarks: structural steel
frame installation is sitting at 98% completion, while
ground-floor brickwork for the primary academic block is 90%
finished. With ground-floor masonry wrapping up, building
teams are now officially transitioning to start brickwork on the
first floor.

Sports Facilities Take Shape Across the Grounds

Development of our athletic complex is advancing in step with
the main academic buildings. Steel structures for the dedicated
sports facility are fully installed, and the ground-floor concrete
slab pour is complete, paving the way for brickwork to
commence imminently. Meanwhile, heavy earthworks for the
aquatic center have reached critical milestones with full
excavation finished on both pools. Site crews are currently
preparing the steel reinforcement frameworks for the 25m x 15m
Senior Pool and the 15m x 5.4m Junior Pool ahead of concrete
casting, setting the stage for a top-tier sporting environment.

In a major milestone for the development, Aspire Baobab has officially sold out all 64 units, with construction across the
entire site now fully completed. The community has seamlessly transitioned into full operational mode as homeowners
and tenants actively move in, bringing vibrant energy to the newly finished estate. The rapid sales velocity and
successful handover process underscore strong market demand and showcase Oxford Properties’ commitment to
delivering high-quality, move-in-ready residential spaces on schedule.

The vision for Borrowdale Park is rapidly transitioning from planning to reality, with significant progress across both civil infrastructure and vertical construction.

A distinctive new approach to education is set to take shape in Harare when a new group of schools opens its first primary school campus at Aspindale Park in January 2027, bringing together several teaching traditions and innovations in a curriculum and education system designed specifically for Zimbabwean learners growing up in a rapidly changing world.

The most striking feature of the new school is not simply its buildings or location, but the educational model being developed inside them.

Atlas intends to combine Zimbabwe’s Heritage-Based Curriculum with inquiry-led methods similar to those of the International Baccalaureate and Singapore Math, while having strong phonics-based literacy, purposeful use of technology and artificial intelligence, practical learning and a substantial sports and cultural programme.
