We have successfully completed the foundations for our first show house, a sophisticated single-storey design that showcases our commitment to functional, high-end living. Building on this momentum, we have scheduled the start of construction for our second show house—a stunning double-storey design—for July 1, 2026. The vision for the Atlas primary and senior school complex is rapidly taking shape as construction accelerates ahead of our 2027 project timeline.

We are pleased to report that the steel structures are now soaring above the foundation, providing the robust framework for this state-of-the-art educational facility. With the structural skeleton in place, our teams have officially commenced brickwork, further defining the campus layout. We are currently on track to reach a significant milestone by the end of June, at which point we will begin the installation of the first-floor slabs.
